An alumna of St. Thomas Aquinas School, Ms. Fischbach is committed to the school’s mission and philosophy. A strong proponent of Catholic education and the family-oriented focus of St. Thomas Aquinas School, Ms. Fischbach strives to be an active presence at the school. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas, attended law school at William Mitchell College of Law and received her Masters of Science in Teaching from the College of St. Scholastica.
Mrs. Ecklund has high expectations of her students and their academics. She is a graduate of Bemidji State University. Mrs. Ecklund holds a Minnesota state teaching license for pre-kindergarten and 1-6 elementary education.
Ms. Pierce has a kind, welcoming rapport with her students that is evident from the moment you enter the classroom. She is a graduate of ______. Ms. Pierce holds a Minnesota state teaching license for pre-kindergarten and K-6 elementary education.
Mrs. Kostiuk is a proud alumna of St. Thomas Aquinas School. With practice in teaching elementary education, junior high and special education, she draws on a wide breadth of experience. Mrs. Kostiuk is a graduate of Bemidji State University. She holds a Minnesota state teaching license for K-6 elementary education and K-12 special education (emotional behavioral disorders and learning disabilities).
Tara Gushulak - Teacher Tammy Jo Weyrauch - Aide
Ms. Gushulak is an energetic and engaging teacher. Having recently graduated from Bemidji State University, Ms. Gushulak will be coming back this fall as our lead preschool teacher and art teacher.
Mrs. Weyrauch has a background in childcare, and a dedication to the students of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School. Having three children at the school, she is a frequent volunteer.
Mr. Faith provides music lessons to all students, preschool through sixth grade; and, band lessons for older students. He is a talented musician in numerous instruments, and imparts his passion for music on his students. Mr. Faith holds a Minnesota state teaching license for K-12 music education.
Ms. Johnson, or “Ms. Mona” as our students lovingly call her, is our school secretary and a licensed substitute teacher. She loves helping teachers and students make our school the best place to learn and grow in God’s love.
Fr. Ben Hadrich
Father Ben Hadrich has been the Pastor at St. Thomas Aquinas Church and School since June 2014. His love of teaching and passion for making disciples creates an exciting faith journey for our students! He promises to help families make a Catholic education possible for their children, repeating what Jesus says in the book of Matthew, "Let the children come to me".
